Growing up, both Brian and my parents' always taught us to work hard for everything you want. That is a great lesson that we pass to our children. SO....when it came time for our adoption, we prepared ourselves in everyway. We took classes and talked to other adoptive families and read everything we could. One place we both struggled was with funding the adoption. Everything we read said to not go into debt and work hard at fundraising. Brian and I both didn't want to ask for support, but we quickly learned that God wants you to because it becomes a community effort that way and a tool to educate others about adoption. We prayed A LOT for God to let us except help for others. God worked as only he could when after a series of events happened...I received a phone call from my dear friend Jodi. They had money to donate and chose us to give it to. She asked what we needed to pay our agency...man was I hesitant to tell her!!! THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS USED TO! When I told her the number.....it was exactly the same number her husband Jason has told her they had to give!!!! If that wasn't God's working...I don't know what was. We were so blessed to have been touch by Jason and Jodi. They are amazing friends and I feel like I have not been able to tell them how much they mean to us. We thank them for helping us bring Mario home to us!!!! Their support both financial and emotionally is amazing!!!!! Thank you God for Jason and Jodi, Anthony and Nina!!!!

We love being pictured with Mario. What a most precious little "All Boy" - Gotta Love It!! I feel incredibly blessed that God chose us to offer up HIS Money to bring Mario home. Not only do we get to enjoy this new little person in our life, but he is a forever reminder of God's perfect timing and PROMISES of Provision. Thank you for letting us in the blessing!! Jodi & Jason
I too am so thankful for you Jodi and Jason for helping bring my precious nephew home. What in inspiration you are!! Thank you for your true example of being God's hands and feet. And Jenny- there is a verse in the bible that says 'you reap what you sow'. YOU and your beautiful family did the same for us while bringing Mya home. As Mario's grand parents we also thank Jason and Jodi for what they did. God bless them. We all have learned from these adoptions and hopefully will do the same to help other people who are "saving" a child.
